Position Description

Lobo Logistics LLC is looking for highly motivated person to ensure day to day operations run smoothly. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data
  • Dispatch & load coordinating assistance
  • Organizing files
  • Status Reports
  • Answering phone and directing call to the appropriate person.
  • Maintaining information databases and spreadsheets
  • GPS Location Plotting
  • Responds to emails in a timely manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, correspondence and special projects
Qualification and skills preffered include:

  • Familiarity with office equipment including but not limited to copiers, scanners, computer
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, Quickbooks Software, Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must have excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
  • Problem solving Skills
  • Geotab or Fleetio Knowledge
