Position Description
Lobo Logistics LLC is looking for highly motivated person to ensure day to day operations run smoothly.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Entering data
- Dispatch & load coordinating assistance
- Organizing files
- Status Reports
- Answering phone and directing call to the appropriate person.
- Maintaining information databases and spreadsheets
- GPS Location Plotting
- Responds to emails in a timely manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, correspondence and special projects
Qualification and skills preffered include:
- Familiarity with office equipment including but not limited to copiers, scanners, computer
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, Quickbooks Software, Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Must have excellent verbal and communication skills
- Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
- Problem solving Skills
- Geotab or Fleetio Knowledge
